We outsource the production of our products to multiple manufacturers and ask them to manage and operate thoroughly in accordance with our original standards, not the manufacturers’ standards, in order to achieve uniform and consistent information management for our customers.
In materials, we set strict standards for handling perfume, colorant, mineral oil, alcohol, synthetic surfactant, old specified labeled ingredients, wheat flour-originated components, ultraviolet scattering agents, and ultraviolet absorbing agents. Only materials which satisfy the standards can be selected and adopted. Furthermore, before sale of the products we perform safety tests such as an allergy test by using human skin, and provide customers with only the products whose safety has been fully confirmed.

In order that customers can use our products without anxiety, we strictly check a cleanliness of manufacturing machines, storage conditions of raw materials in the factories manufacturing our skin lotions and milky lotions and other products. We also check with each factory to ensure that product quality is stringently examined before shipment.
The hygienic management in cosmetics manufacturing factories is very strict and the factory air conditioning is also strictly controlled. Especially the filling room (the room where cosmetics are put into containers) is the most hygienic area. We also check the level of fineness of a mesh of an air cleaner filter for the filing room and its replacement time. Since cosmetics are directly put on customers’ skin, we ensure that our products are always manufactured in a stable environment so that we can provide customers with high-quality products that will never cause trouble to their skin.
We have a call center which can respond to inquiries from the customers who purchased or used our products. Exclusive staff will listen to each customer’s needs and answer their questions such as the usage of products or other questions. In addition, if the inconvenience occurs in our products, we will promptly and appropriately respond to that.
If any skin trouble occurs due to our cosmetic products, we will provide follow-up service. Also we concurrently recall and inspect the product to pursue the cause, and consider the solution with the experts. Depending on cases, we will improve or reform the products by, for example, changing of prescription or indication.
Each customer feedback which our call center has received is summarized and shared within the company. We sincerely accept opinions, requests and indications from customers and will make every possible effort to develop products which more satisfy customers and to offer better services.
